Ochilview HA – Alloa – stained glass
Janex provided factory finished blue, timber canopy windows, flat entrance doors and external doors to a 30 unit new build development at Colville Gardens, Alloa, for Ochilview Housing Association. Sustainability was paramount in the client’s choice of supplier and product, as well as thermal efficiency and long life cycle. The 30 unit development comprises 22 flats and 8 terraced houses, and the contractor was Muirfield.
During the groundworks on this development, Iron Age relics were found which were cleverly incorporated in to a special stain glass artwork incorporated into the windows.
