Janex windows
The Janex window guarantee covers the stability and durability of the timber components for a period of 10 years. Double glazed units are guaranteed against moisture penetration for a period of 10 years. Hardware and ironmongery are guaranteed for a period of 2 years. This includes on site replacement or repair of the window if it bows or twists within the first 5 years of the guarantee period, which runs from date of invoice. It also includes the on site replacement of a double glazed unit within the first 2 years of guarantee.
Janex external doors
The Janex door standard guarantee covers the door blade not to bow or twist for a period of 5 years. Double glazed units are guaranteed against moisture penetration for a period of 5 years. Hardware and ironmongery are guaranteed for a period of 5 years from the date of invoice.
This includes the replacement or repair of the door if it bows or twists within the first 5 years of the guarantee period. It also covers the repair or replacement of the door within the first 2 years of the guarantee period, and the replacement of double glazed units within the first 5 years of for the guarantee period. Delivery of replacement items to the purchaser/guarantee holder are covered within the first 2 years of the guarantee period.
