Tilt first for safe ventilation when combined with standard locking handle which can be fitted so key is required to unlock handle to change to turn mode.

Offers advantages of internal cleaning and low maintenance external alu cladding making it particularly suitable for social and high rise developments.

Useful where large / oversize window sashes have been specified, and internal cleaning is required.
